Lifters of the month

Leadership must embody courage. You can’t be an effective leader without courage. Courage enables you to bring out the best in yourself and to inspire the best in your followers. Part of that courage is the ability to handle the criticism that comes with the position. There will always be those who will lack the courage and commitment of leadership, and therefore find it extremely difficult to understand how you possess those attributes.

THE COURAGE TO LEAD

EXCELLENCE CAN BE ATTAINED IF YOU…

CARE MORE THAN OTHERS THINK IS WISE.

RISK MORE THAN OTHERS THINK IS SAFE.

DREAM MORE THAN OTHERS THINK IS PRACTICAL.

EXPECT MORE THAN OTHERS THINK IS POSSIBLE.
